Kaedes Nex Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 If the paint doesn't come off in a simple dip of rubbing alcohol and it wasn't sealed with varnished, it certainly isn't thin enough to be painting over. Either way, there's no reason not to strip it. One will be an easy 5 minute dip and wipe, the other scenario is a necessity.
