Special rules: Independent character, Iron Will, and they shall know no fear, Deal
with the Devil, Psyker.


 

Staff of Alamar, Faust is not only a seeker of knowledge,
forbidden or otherwise; he is also a procurer of ancient artefacts. Faust found
the Staff of Alamar in the Highlands of Goethe. It is a potent artefact
bursting with barely contained chaos energies. It has the following profile:

Range: - Strength: user AP: 3 Type: Melee, Force, Anathema, Unleashed Power.

Unleashed power: Whenever Faust passes a Psychic test, roll a D6. On a 5 or 6,
Faust immediately regains a Warp Charge point. On the roll of a 1 the powers unleashed
backfire and Faust immediately suffers a wound with no armour saves allowed and
may not cast any more psychic powers nor may he use the staff as a force weapon,
for the rest of that turn. Furthermore the Staff of Alamar is a potent artefact
of the warp; it automatically passes the test to be activated as a force weapon
and does not consume a warp charge point to do so.

  Psychic hood Danuvius: This is a custom
made psychic hood crafted by the gifted armourer Natten from Faust’s own
design. This psychic hood has special qualities that surpass that of a standard
issue piece. It is a psychic hood with a range of 24”. Additionally, it
channels Faust’s incredible powers into a field of protection. It grants Faust a
5+ invulnerable save and any unit he is attached to a 6+ invulnerable save.

  Psyker: Faust is a psyker. He may
generate powers from the Biomancy, Pyromancy, Telekinisis and Telepethy
disciplines and knows all the powers from The Emperor’s Wrath and The Emperor’s
Salvation disciplines. Being a High Librarian he knows the Purgatus Psychic
power.

  Iron will: Faust has an unbendable will
and a mind of immense fortitude. He has the Stubborn, eternal warrior and adamantium
will special rules.

  Deal with the Devil: Faust made a deal
with the Demon King Mephisto on the planet of Goethe to advance his knowledge
of the warp and greatly increase his already formidable powers. The details of
this deal are known to none except Faust himself. The in game effect of the
deal is to make Faust’s psychic mastery level 4 and grant him knowledge of the dark
arts (see below). Increase the potency of his spells (+6” casting range) and
roll 3D6 discarding the highest for psychic tests.

  The dark arts: Taught to Faust by the
Daemon King Mephisto, these powers are dark and terrible to know.

Warptime            Warp charge cost 1

The psyker bends the fabric of
reality warping time and space around him.
The psyker re-rolls all to-hit
and to-wound rolls in shooting and close combat; and all successful to-hit and
to-wound rolls made against the Psyker must be rerolled for the turn.

Spirit Leech         Warp charge cost 1.

Draining the foes very soul essence,
the psyker gains power from his foes demise.


Spirit leech is a witchfire power with a range of 12”. The target unit
suffers 3D6 wounds minus their Leadership value, with no armour or cover saves
allowed. Each unsaved wound restores one wound to the psyker up to a maximum of
10.

Soul Blight           Warp charge cost
1.


The psyker afflicts his foes souls
with the dread of the warp.


This is a malediction with a range of 24”. The target unit suffers -3
strength, toughness and leadership to a minimum of 1.

Puppet Master                 Warp
charge cost 2.


Using dark sorcery the psyker imposes
his will on the minds of his enemies.


This power is a Malediction that targets a single enemy unit within 24”.
The target unit may immediately, out of sequence, move, shoot or assault as if
it were one of your units.

Well of lost souls              Warp
charge cost 2.


The psyker summons a portal to the
realm of the dead where dwell the victims of a violent death who seek revenge
against the living.


This power may be used in the shooting phase. Place the large blast marker
anywhere within 24”; this remains in play until the beginning of the psyker’s
next shooting phase. Any models touched by the template must pass a strength
test or be removed from play as a casualty with no saves of any kind allowed.
Furthermore models that are hit but are not removed as casualties treat the
area covered by the large blast marker as difficult terrain and dangerous
terrain. Additionally, any model to move onto the template will suffer the same
effect as if the power was cast on them. This power can only affect a model once.
