8th Pardus Armored

Recommended Posts

Wow.  The Lexicanum that is usually so reliable for things like this has a lot of.[Needs Citation]

Here is what it does have:

Appearance & Uniform
The Pardus 8th wore tan fatigues, while their tanks were painted in camo patterns according to the operation's theatre. On Hagia they were painted green and blue, while on Enothis they were painted dust red.[Needs Citation]

If you can get your hands on "Honour Guard" or "Double Eagle" by Dan Abnett, you might get a first hand description from those books.

here are some examples of camo patterns i've used on my models. since i'm basing my camouflage on WW2 german camouflage it also means the camo is the crew's responsability, hence patterns differ a lot in my army!

using simple earswaps to make connected dots:

drybrushed striped camo:

all of the camouflage patterns were relatively easely to do. you can always try to make some plasticard skirts for a chimera and paint those in the camo pattern to see if you like it before you paint the actual camo pattern
