Tactical squads : Plasma Cannons or Missile Launchers ?

I tend to run 2/2 in my Devastators (I also run 10 man squads of them for combat squadding), usually 2 PC and 2 LC. I also run 4 ML squads and 3 ML/1 LC squad.

 

I use plasma tacticals (usually 5/6 man with 1 heavy or 1 special) to support my 10 man flamer/ML tacticals most games.
