lfhoule
Don't know if this topic is appropriate for here or for PCA (please move if need be), but here it is: I have several of the old metal Diaz Seekers that I picked up from Ebay without 40K style bases for them (several have the WFB cav bases). Now, I remembered that their blisters contained for 40K the 40mm round bases, but the current plastic seekers, for 40K, use the bike bases. So my question is: do I need to use the bike bases if I want to use these Diaz Seekers in 40K games, or can I use the 40mm bases that they would have been originally supplied with? Thanks! Fibonacci
The actual rule says to use the bases they were supplied with. If you want to up date the models to use the bike bases, no one will care. But there is a nice bit of nostalgia that comes with using the legacy 40mm bases. I would keep them on the old bases if they were mine. Grey Mage
Heck, you can use them on the square bases if you like- they are bases they were supplied with.
