He's a substitute for Marneus Calgar, partly because I didn't want my miniatures covered in Ultramarines icons, and partly because I didn't want to spend $56 on a model I was just going to carve up anyway. exetus Posted May 5, 2014 Share Posted May 5, 2014 I think he looks great, but I have to say that he just doesn't strike me as a Chapter Master. He seems more like a champion or senior captain to me. That's probably because I'm used to most of the CMs having ornate artificer armor, and just my own interpretation. Regardless, well-executed! He still looks imposing and commanding, but without the tonnes of bullet attracting gold. One big criticism however; mould lines. Especially prevalent on the bolt bistol on his pointing arm.
