The teeth are so small, sometimes I dont see what I paint so I have to take a picture of the helmet to see whats going on. @kizzdougs: The Cataphractii will come! @forte: Yes, the grills are filled, based on this. http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w194/darkman1111/NLsc.jpg I already shared the colors for the blue and terror markings, the red is khorne red, carroburg crimson, mephiston red. The edge highlight is mephiston mixed with eldar flesh. I always start with the mid tone, kantor, khorne red, dawnstone. Then using a wet palette I blend the shade, going back and forth with the 2 colors. I keep the shade and highlight colors diluted, almost like a wash. I am photographing the models on another apartment so a step by step is tricky at the moment. Forté Posted May 14, 2014 Share Posted May 14, 2014 You used the magic words. Wet pallet. So you're glazing your shadows and highlights. Can I recommend Vallejo Glaze Medium. The terror markings on the helmets reminded me of "steampunk willy" from sinister dexter, and the bare head is either from spawn or one of khonsou's guises in moon knight. I must finish the terror squad before anything else. Tovac Tor, a character from The prince of Crows, had the epithet ''Lackhand'' because he was born with only one hand.
