I keep seeing pop up lately and I can't seem to find ouot what it means. I'm thinking not - unique/1 per army stuff is flagged as such, but just want to check what others think. Ergo, so long as you take the correct number of eligible characters in your list (two HQ selections and two techmarines to go with them), you can legally take four PFGs in a single detachment.
