How do you guys store and transport your larger HH minis?

Well, slowly but surely my 30k army has now grown in size, and I really want to look after my completed models so they aren't damaged over time or in transit.

I have various larger infantry models that can't be transferred in the normal GW cases I own... EG: Warmaster Horus, and other things like my Resin Contemptor which definitely feels more delicate than the GW plastic Dreads...

Is there any custom case/foam maker you guys have used to store these minis? Or any cases in particular that have been useful for the larger and more delicate models.

Horus' Hammer looks like it would snap off under any amount of pressure lol

Battle Foam is certainly a leader in this space.

Here's an example and these trays are 99% stock.

They cover a lot of other game lines too.  http://us.battlefoam.com/

Cheers, -OMG

I have to echo Battlefoam. I have their bag and foam trays for my armies and they are top notch. Custom trays too - pretty easy to design on their page. They've also recently released a set of Horus Heresy specific trays but I'm not sure what they're set up to store.

I always felt that carrying bags are pretty expensive for what you get. So I use a pelican case for moving small armies (I already had one for work). For moving lots of models I put my trays into a surplus night vision box. Costs $20 and you could run over it with a truck:

All the foam is pluck 'Blü Foam':

You can get it for even less on ebay or from a FLGs.
