rydhus Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 Recruit information: Name: Jimmy Age: 26 Location: Amersfoort, The Netherlands Detachments: Necron, Astra Militarum, Adeptus Astartes A year ago I decided to expand my warhammer experience to the 40k universe. I bought the new Astra Militarum codex, and recently the new rulebook. My choice of army is based on the fact that I really like infantry armies. First I bought and painted a Necron force, but I got bored of them. Then I started to paint AM infantry and after a few games I started to understand that I really need some tanks or other heavy firepower. That is where the space marines come in. There is a campaign in my local GW-story; Tale of many hobbiests. Each month we have to paint a squad for points and earn extra points by playing with the army that grows every month. Things rarely seen on the internet nowadays. I will soon be posting pictures and question, but many of them have been answered allready just by browsing this forum.
