Dam13n Posted June 6, 2014 Share Posted June 6, 2014 It's a Space Marine Vehicle, the list of which armies can use it will be found in it's rules (Page 144 of Imperial Armour Volume Two, Second Edition). If an army can use it then it can be included in a battle forged list taken from that army. Forgeworld is considered to be official by many people, but not all. The rules in the Forgeworld books state that they can be used in any game of Warhammer 40k and do not specifically require opponent approval. However, it is usually good form to inform your opponent of the fact that you are using Forgeworld models. If you are going to an event, they may have already made a statement about whether or not Forgeworld units are allowed. Such a statement is usually in the event pack, or listed in the events description. They likely won't give special approval, it'll be Forgeworld as a whole being allowed, or not.
