Valkyrion
I've been labouring under the misapprehension that the Daemon dex allowed 4 heralds per HQ slot, rather than 4 per detachment counting only as one slot. So, does Unbound remove that restriction? I'm guessing yes because it's unbound, but Unbound still mentions detachments, and detachment = 4. Also, would unbound therefore increase the unit size of identically marked heralds to more than four, so if I wanted to I could field a unit of 10 Heralds of Khorne? Lastly, if said heralds are all given Juggernauts I presume they remain a single unit (if I wish) of calvary, but what if I gave them all chariots? Does the unit cease to exist and they all become units of 1, or does it form a rather unwieldy squadron of some sort? Cheers! Valkyrion
you're right. I confused myself with the various chapter tactics debates regarding detachments when that is an issue with the CT rule rather than the Unbound rule. Any thoughts on the last point? i assume they become single units of 1 even if they are taken as one big unit?
