Custodian Athiair
Okay, I'm trying to piece together a cool model, for a campaign as my HQ. I'm trying to make him like a stand alone Champion. Outside the standard structure of the Chapter, think Vulkan He'Stan but a Champion not a Relic Hunter (fyi I'm Salamanders) I want to have a model which wields a sword (I wanted a swordsman) in one hand and a dagger - underhanded - in the other. Now the sword I have pretty much decided on is the large - hand and a half - sword from the Vanguard pack. Which means I really need to find a dagger fit for a Space Marine in the left hand. In my head I'd love something that's mono-molecular edged not using a power field, but I'm flexible. I may have found something in the Mark IV Power Weapons set from Forge World, however I don't want to fork out for all the weapons when I want just one. So does anybody know where I could either purchase just the left handed dagger, or find a good non-GW company which provides good daggers to use EDIT: Picture of the kind of pose for the dagger I want - emphasise on the POSE not the dagger itself - it's too brutal and cruel http://www.games-workshop.com/resources/catalog/product/600x620/99070102001_AspiringChampion_NEW_01.jpg Ps: If this is in the wrong section please move - I wasn't sure PPs: A second option I was considering as the free HQ was to have him with a spear/glaive/halberd thing akin to Oberyn's from Game of Thrones Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/292373-good-dagger-for-a-marine/ Share on other sites

Quixus
Forgeworld has a nice dagger in the Character Conversion Set. If you can get the arm off, the Empire General has a nice knife too. aura_enchanted
I'd get the serrated knife from the dark angels veterans box. That thing is probably the most accessible knife that looks the best. You also get some censors and a few books to customize chaplains and librarians Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/292373-good-dagger-for-a-marine/#findComment-3718203 Share on other sites
