Using Pride of Legion Rite of War, which is very EC fluffy. Designed to be fast moving, hard hitting. Staying clear of Heavy Tanks and what seems to be the Auto Take of Terminators in Spartan... yawn!

I like this list, it has a lot of speed which should be expected from the emperor's children. The only suggestions I have is removing the veteran squad for maybe a 20 man tactical squad and a fluffy assault marine squad. This would also free up the rite of war so you could take hit & run or the movement speed rite

Although I have recently learned that EC used Despoiler groups. So I may change this again to make use of those. not sure how to do this however. Perhaps by dropping a Veteran Squad in favour of a Despoiler Squad. However, I like the 7th Edition Sniper rule on them.
