missile color codes

I might go with black tips for krak, as black is the AP tip color for 50 BMG rounds in US military logistics (and I think UK too).  Frag is more open: for various HE-type munitions out there, you get white tips, blue tips, and sometimes yellow tips, depending on who, what and when.  The US SMAW, which may be a good analogue for a frag missile, has a base metal tip with a yellow band around it.

How you arrange them in a rack is up to you.  I've seen images of FFAR rocket pods loaded apparently willy-nilly.

SMAW rockets are also encased in green, almost olive drab tubes which fit into the launcher itself. In combat you never actually see the rocket itself unless you catch a glimpse of it in flight. And the HEDP (High Explosive Dual Purpose), rocket casing has the same yellow band as the HEAA (High Explosive Anti Armor), rocket, two very different munitions.

They sure are.  The book Insignium Astartes is about the most thorough explanation of Codex-dictated markings I've ever seen.  It's actually a pretty good guide if you're a detailed-oriented person painting a codex-compliant chapter. . . which means it didn't help me very much.

Off Topic - Were you going for a Carl Gustav look with that conversion Heathens, or do you just not like the generic SM ML?

I'm aiming for more "dumbed down" tech in my army, so many of my heavier weapons are simplified for easy maintenance, construction, and survival in the soggy hell of a trench line. Thus, Panzershreck.

Hell, wait til you see my "Rotor Cannons"....
