Cypher Spotted - Heresy Art Preview

'Dark Angels novella from Chris Wraight (LOL);

huh.png Why LOL? That actually sounds amazing, and Mr. Wraight has done an outstanding job so far.

I have to agree. I would actually very much like to see Mr Wraight's take on my legion. Overall, color me skeptically optimistic about the future of the mighty first.

Just as I was beginning to lose faith - first my fellow brothers offer gentle and much needed words of encouragement, then the skies open and a glimpse of hope shines through...

Add me to the pile of people who are excited to see Chris Wraight do Dark Angels. I really like his stuff. Will welcome more stuff by someone other than Gav Thorpe, or the two guys who wrote Descent of Angels or Fallen Angels.

Would like to see John French write more Dark Angels stuff - I thought his depiction of Luther and Cypher in Grey Angel was pitch perfect.

I'm right there with you!

A new chance at a decent publication for the Dark Angels. You know you have it rough when your best depiction is in a book mainly about Ultramarines.

"Savage Weapons" was about the Ultramarines?

I mean, different strokes for different folks, but when the Lion listens to all Curze's words, apologizes to the Haunter for what he's about to do, then rams a sword through his torso and says "Loyalty is its own reward"...

To me, that's still his finest moment in the Heresy so far.

Agreed. Finally a great depiction of the Lion. But I  believe he meant Unremembered Empire.

Okay, this is the most awesome and clear-cut exception to my usual Dark Angels ranting. What an awesome moment.
