sargo69
Hi all, I haven't been able to find examples, but I've started my latest army with a snow/urban base. I've got all my dirty pigment washes, any suggestions on what to do? Mine will be over a green base (Salamanders) Thanks! Kaedes Nex
Crushed glass snow effects for hobbies looks the best and most realistic. It creates a runny slush sort of effect. There's also a way to create bright, fluffy effect like deep, freshly fallen snow, but I don't know how it's done. I'd urge you to stay far away from baking powder as it will yellow and doesn't look right even when fresh anyways. Just wondering if anyone used weathering powders/examples of their bases. I was going to mix some dark pigment with Tamiya but ehhh Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/292732-snow-effects/#findComment-3724275 Share on other sites
