Thought I'd start myself a proper wip thread to keep everything in one place, keep myself motivated, get some feedback from the community and lastly hopefully see my painting improve over time. Others are just base coated washed and first layer started so nothing more to report currently. Skull and feathers need finishing but unsure exactly what to do. Any input appreciated. eurieus Posted June 23, 2014 Share Posted June 23, 2014 Great start !!! if i can give you some advice, maybe add another highlighting just in the corner and most exposed spots of the armor ? Also depending on the looks you want to give to your army i find that the nuln oil wash give some really nice results on metal parts such as gun barrels and such. Small tip i found for a quick effect on assault cannon/plasma barrels, is to dry brush some brown then some abaddon black on the tip, works great ! Keep on the good work !
