Athrawes Posted June 27, 2014 Share Posted June 27, 2014 As I have been trying to write Primarch rules for my II Legion Project, I'd suggest starting with Dorn's rules and modifying them up. His armor and weapons match your version of russ to a T, but I'd suggest boosting his strength, and attacks by at least 1 and then giving him a big bonus to deny the witch roles. that should bump you up to around 430pts or so.
