Suggested paints for Ragnar Blackmane

Does anyone have any suggestions for painting Ragnar blackmane? Particularly for his hair, his cloak and his face as well as what wash(s) to use? Much appreciated.

 

For Russ and the Allfather

Hair: I'd go with Black, drybrushed with Eshin Grey followed with a Nuln Oil wash or two.

 

Face: Here's the method I use, tutorial by GLD

 

Cloak: Base in Khorne Red, Layer with Evil Sunz Scarlet, wash with Nuln Oil or Bloodletter, layer with Evil Sunz again.
