The Lions Avenger
I'm trying to come up with a 1500 point unbound list, but I have some questions. I want to take a storm raven and some storm talons, do they have to be allied detachments, or can I paint them and say they're my chapters flyers? And if I have to take them as a separate detachment, can I put my own troops in the storm raven? Spaniard
How I read the unbound rules is that you can put whatever in your army now please correct me if I'm wrong I don't have my book with me Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293114-unbound-question/#findComment-3732655 Share on other sites
GodEmperorOfMankind
You can take what you please in an unbound army, but why specifically unbound? you can take 2 talons and a raven as storm wing detachment' and you can load your troops in it as normal. The Lions Avenger
I was under the impression if it was an allied detachment I couldn't put my troops in the transport. But if I can I'll just take them as a detachment. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293114-unbound-question/#findComment-3732664 Share on other sites
GodEmperorOfMankind
You'll need the storm wing data slate to take it if you don't want an unbound list. Its only a few quid to download. IndigoJack
I was under the impression if it was an allied detachment I couldn't put my troops in the transport. But if I can I'll just take them as a detachment. That restriction is no longer present in 7th ed.
