Kilofix
Any good books where Space Marines are prominent but not the majority? I.e. like where its not a whole "army" of Marines vs another "army" of Marines but rather just one or a few Marines that are key characters throughout the book amongst an otherwise human cast. BFeeder
The latter Ghost books feature a few key Marines. Salvation's Reach has a trio of Space Marines kicking ass and taking names. Though given that it's part of the large Gaunt's Ghosts series, I can't say how enjoyable it will be from a standalone perspective. Priests of Mars also has a squad of Black Templars who feature throughout. SteelPaladin
It might be a stretch, but Helsreach features a few squads of Black Templar mixed in with thousands of Steel Legion. Grimaldus is the main character, but there are tons of human secondary characters. In fact, one of my favorite characters in any Black Library book, is a character in Helsreach, a storm trooper named Andrej. I was also a big fan of how the Deathwatch were portrayed in Xenos, the first Eisenhorn book. They are only in it for a bit towards the end, but wow, they certainly made an impression. So you might agree with me that ADB needs to quit writing Master of Mankind and other stuff and do a boook where Grimaldus and Andrej get stranded on a planet of Slasnnish worshippers and they make all hell break loose.
