Appropriate dramatic background music for each Legion?

Imagine the scene in a movie: On the outskirts of a star system great holes in real-space are opened, and out pour enormous warships, to the sound of...what, exactly?

What kind of dramatic background music would fit each Legion? What's a suitable Leitmotif for, say, the Emperor's Children as opposed to the Blood Angels?

I think the terminator movie tune would be cool for Sons of Horus / Luna Wolves, it suitably epic but also has an undertone of evil.

or for a faster pace one.

Here's a list I thought of a long time ago:

Black Legion: Paint it Black by Judas Priest

Iron Warriors: Unbreakable by Jon Bon Jovi

World Eaters: Live for the Kill by  Amon Amarth

Thousand Sons: I believe it's Magic (The second, creepier part of the song, not the first part)

Emperor's Children: The Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson

Death Guard: Monkey Down With The Sickness

Alpha Legion: Mission Impossible Theme Song

Word Bearers: Halleluja

Gal Vorbak: Devil Man (lyrics: Devil Man Devil Man running in my head now!)

Night Lords: The Devil's Rejects

Raven Guard: End of Everything (lyrics: And now we're killing for the Raven so here we come!)

Iron Hands: Machine Soldier on the Escaflowne Ost

Dark Angels: Engel by Rammstein

Space Wolves: Sverker by Corvus Corax

Imperial Fists: I Will Never Surrender by the Clan of Xymox

(Lyrics: And I will stand here at the gates and face the onslaught fighting. Very appropriate for the Siege of Terra.)

White Scars: Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf

Ultramarines: Hell March No. 2 on the Command & Conquer Ost

Blood Angels: Exterminate Annihilate Destroy

Salamanders: Ultra by KMFDM

Legio Custodes: Imperial March of Roman Legions

Legio Cybernetica: Robot Fight on the Dune Ost

Minervan Armored Legions: Panzer Battalion by Sabbaton

All those can be found on Youtube and are very appropriate.

For World Eaters, I think : Time to Kill Is Now By Cannibal Corpse Suits them a bit better or actually a lot of other CC songs like Frantic Disembowelment among others but hey to each his own!

For Word Bearers in their Chaosyness I'd say almost any Black Metal song really ie: Ov Fire and the Void by Behemoth. Beyond that Hallelujah is perfect.

For the Iron Hands and their cold mechanical outlook I'd say Mr Roboto by Styx just to lighten them a bit! :D

For Chaos in general I'd propose The Formation of Damnation by Testament.

Other than that, Talos pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Or if you are looking at post istvaan Emperors Children battle scene, with kataphonica, then dub step would also work

And this here would make an excellent theme for Curze's flock of murderers. Unnatural and terrifying, encapsulating the dark and twisted soul of the VIII Legion very well. Imagine this playing as Night Lords assault marines descend upon an unsuspecting Imperial world from their gunships.

I think for the White Scars it's got to be Through the Fire and the Flamers. Purely for the speed!!!! And it sounds ruthless to me

White Scars?

I raise you this:

III Legion Emperor's Children: The Battle (Gladiator Soundtrack)

Are you sure? I believe this is far more compatible with Black Library's sense of humour ("I hear you do strange things to your men")

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist

Well, when I posted that I was thinking of the III Legion before the corruption. I've always seen the Emperor's Children in a very Roman-esque light.

After their transformation, I think we can all agree on the Noise Marine Dubstep from Dawn of War as an appropriate theme. :P

The following is a good theme for an assault by the Night Lords from an obscure game.  If you leave it on repeat it sounds like an unstoppable wave of terrors from the dark:

From the same game is another theme well suited to invasion by the Sons of Horus.  Try playing it over the bonus wave of Exterminatus from the Space Marine game as a loyalist and see how well it fits.

"Alert! Unannounced drop pods inbound!  Disembarking infantry are hostile! They've got the colors of the Sons of Horus and have already overrun outpost Sigma 9!  Requesting immediate reinforcements, requesting--BZZZT."

I believe the Ultramarines, Emperor's Children, Imperial Fists, and Luna Wolves all have some Roman influence.

UItramarines being the most obvious of the lot.

Emperor's Children are quite Roman based on naming conventions and their aesthetic...but they have that arrogance, pettiness, and foppishness about them. They're like Roman dandies

Fists are kinda Greco-Roman but they also have a strong Teutonic influence.

Luna Wolves had a Roman aesthetic before becoming Sons of Horus. After that, Cthonian culture took over
