Leif Bearclaw
I'm not sure how you did that tbh. The transfer should just slide off the backing paper onto the model. If you want to flip them (for example a terminator needs the GC badge on the right shoulder, but many of them would be facing backwards if you did it normally) you can ease the transfer halfway off the paper, then picking it off with a paint brush, then spread it onto the model back to front. As for fixing your guys. Assuming you haven't fixed the transfers with varnish, have you tried wetting them again to see if they lift off? Don't know if that work though. Otherwise, you're stuck with removing the transfer, and trying again with a fresh one. Rift Blade
Most of your black transfers are reversable as Leif suggested. I've done several times. The other ones, not so much. DanPesci
It looks like you may be wetting the transfer, and then placing it 'face down' onto the shoulder pad, and then peeling off the bottom. What you should instead do is wet the transfer for 20-30 seconds, and then use a brush to 'slide' the transfer off. If your positioning inst 100% right, use a slightly damp brush to gently move the trasnfer about. Its tricky to get 100% right at first, but as with everything, practice helps. This is a more 'complex method where he's using some other finishing solutions too: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293572-shoulder-decals-backwords/#findComment-3741612 Share on other sites
