Madmaardigan
Don't know if this has been faq'd or what but I was looking at look out sir on an in dependant character being 2+, then went to look at look out sir and realised it says any model within six inches can make the attempt per wound, so scenario, I have drago out front as a meat shield could I look out sir one at a time to any pally within 6" to try and soak wounds Another question with pallies being characters but not independent if they start the game as a 5 man unit can I break them off from each other during the course of a game? tochtli
Paladins are no longer characters, they are just infantry. You can do one 'look out sir' per wound. Use Drago until he takes a wound, the re-allocate amongst your Paladins. And no, you cannot split up the unit of 5 Paladins. Kenderleech
Look out sir is the Closest model within 6 inches. You cant bounce them all over. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293620-pally-wound-pool-char-question/#findComment-3742449 Share on other sites
Quozzo
Look out sir is the Closest model within 6 inches. You can't bounce them all over.Unfortunately. That got errated in 6th as it was effectively wound allocation that could bypass the "closest first dies" rule. Focus fire is not longer a thing either. Paladins can't detach and join other units as they don't have the Independent Character (IC) special rule. Reclusiarch Darius
Paladins are not a good meatshield. Use an IG Blob or Bullgryns if you want to deliver Draigo.
