Salamanders 4th company Captain

So my lady was looking through thou the SM codie on my iPad and came across the artwork for the salamanders chapter, while I was trying to figure out what chapter to paint the 2nd of the to web exclusive captains GW did, I don't get much time to paint these days due to work. So I took on a commission of sorts, and she loves it. The model represents my vision of Captain Dac'tyr.

 

I know it's more or less finished but there's some small details still to do so didn't feel it right posting it in the Hall of Honour. If anyone has any tips on how to do letters for names I'll take them with great gusto as that is one of my major pitfalls, can't get them to look right or scaled proportionately.
