Lord Asvaldir
Thinking of adding a chaos lord riding a juggernaut to my chaos space marines force and I'm wondering how you might go about converting one. Jugg itself is easy, just use one from the skullcrushers box but I can't think of any chaos space marines legs that would fit nicely on the jugger. I could always just use the skullcrusher legs and throw a CSM body on top, but I'd rather use an all CSM model if there is a good way to make it work. Just use the legs from that. Replace the torso if desired. Midnightmare
Maybe chop up some CSM raptor legs and reposition if you are dead set on PA, but the WFB Lords legs look like possible ornate version. Durus
Never had either of the models in my hands, but I'd wager a guess and say Juggernaughts and Thunderwolves should probably be about the same size for the saddles. So maybe a pair of Viking Powerpants would fit your Lord. Though the Skullkrusher Riders legs would probably be fine, if you feel inclined you'd just have to add a bit of volume to the calves and they are 1:1 SM compatible, imo. lhg033
have you seen magmatrax using old metal obliterator legs? with the new obliterators this should be a bit easier alternatively, get a hold of the old 90's bezerker rider as a start? Durus
Don't forget that Magmatrax's whole body is quite a bit bigger than the average CSM mini. Here's the list of parts he used. I'm not quite sure, but I also think the plastic Juggernaughts look a little sleeker than the old metal version, something to keep in mind.
