The Traitors of Isstvan - A Heresy Log

Hey all, some of you may know me over from Warseer where I've been posting for a number a of years. I've decided to join this community too seeing as you have a rather splendid Heresy discussion section. 

Though I'd share my project here too. Making a Huge alliance of traitor legions with the predominant force being Sons of Horus and World Eaters with some inclusions of other traitor legions which I can't resist. I don't play or game so the army will be built on biased basis of what I think looks cool and what would be most suitable. However unit composition (weapon equipment, size) will be based on the army list... I do hope to one day play whether I could do so with the whole force or by picking units which allow for an army. The army itself, bar the primarchs, is mainly one huge kitbash with bits being swapped form unit to unit out of preference. 

Any way onto the models. firstly, my Two Primarchs, I have since changed some features (Angron's blue glow is now reduced and comes from his armour rather than a focus on his neck). Horus' very pale face as been also toned down and neutralised a little bit to not be so harsh and clown like.

The Raven, had a FW shadow captain which had an incident with some bad paint spray, so recycled him into, the Ravem still need to sculpt some greasy long hair.

And Abaddon, the justaerin will follow a similar fashion, still not finished here though waiting on some brass etch to complete.

The begining of my Triarii, I would have gone with MKIII armour but I;m reserving that for some death guard, but my Delvarus has terminator armour.

and Delvarus, Note he no longer has the combi bolter, that went straight back to Abaddon, so still deciding what to equip him with on his left hand.

And an update, no paint sorry been very busy with my new job, but got sme down time today to build some stuff. 

First up is my first Death Guard Unit, I will be getting Mortarion any time soon, I much prefer Typhon and his already Chaos subdued mind, so the allied elements I will include in this force will be these of the Terminus Est, so Expect Typhon, Grave Wardens and more Barbarus based units. Up first is my Destroyer squad.
