skeletoro
Too much? Mainly I'm worried about that leg. It looks good on the model, visually, but I'm not sure to what degree wolf priests are into taxidermy. Nrthstar
any chance you could pull it off, take a sanding tool of your choice and make it flatter underneath? it would be a wolf pelt then instead of a wolf drumstick :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293979-before-i-continue/#findComment-3749975 Share on other sites
skeletoro
I was thinking of doing that without pulling if off, with a dremel tool. I think I could do that on one side of the leg, leave the foot in place and the shoulders too as I like the bulk they add. skeletoro
This guy's saga will be that his thunderwolf buddy died, so his ex-mount gets to ride HIM into battle. Hehe :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293979-before-i-continue/#findComment-3750002 Share on other sites
Grimtooth
I would almost think about just casting that leg in GS to be able to make it look more pelt and wrap around the body like the rest of the pelt. skeletoro
Well, in the pose it's in at the moment it actually looks quite classic, almost like the thundercape is cape-swishing itself, on the wolf guard's behalf! Haha. It does look like it's hanging relatively naturally, but not stitched in to the cape itself. I think I will have to make the leg a little flatter though. Grimtooth
I agree. Looks very much like a TWC hotwing. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/293979-before-i-continue/#findComment-3750067 Share on other sites
