Emperor's Furor Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 I've just come into a load of the Dark Angels from Dark Vegeance and I'm considering how to use them. I don't particularly like Dark Angels, their demeanour and backstory doesn't quite strike the note with me, so I was thinking of the next best thing and I began to think about Blood Angels, more preciously perhaps a successor chapter of them. Stercus Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 I just removed the DA icons by clipping off the shoulder pads with plastic cutters then glued spare blank pads over the top of the remaining arm tops. Emperor's Furor Posted July 28, 2014 Author Share Posted July 28, 2014 I just nabbed a family members nail decoration kit and it had some teardrops in it, so I got hold of one and put it in place of the sword after cutting and filing it off, then put the gem on over it and it looks ok imo. Just need a scheme and name for the chapter now. It's kind of like the Angel of Vengeance symbol but instead of the cowled head, it's a blood drop. mandaloriano Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 I used the DV bikes and some DV terminators for my Angels Encarmine (Blood Angels Succesor), and also with the DV tactical squad I made Astral Claws.
