Void shield and dark angels

I know its a rules question but seeing as it involves dark angels I thought it may fit here.

 

lets say you have a command squad w/ dakka banner, librarian, and 2 tac squads with bolters sitting under a void shield.

you have an ADL sitting in front of it, right outside of 12" and you have a PFG on the librarian. you cast invis on the the void shield. So here is what I wanted to know.

 

are the following statements correct:

1. you can't shoot at anything with a template because its in the void shield because its invis.

2. the Void shield will get cover saves from the ADL.

3. The Void Shield would get a 4++ because of the PSG.
