I'm still trying to nail down which legion I'm gonna do, so I've been making some lists for a few. Here's my NL one, as usual I tried to make it fluffy, and use that as a starting point based on feedback from you guys.

I don't think the Rotor Cannon goes well with the Terror Squads, it's a salvo weapon, and it's going to be very rare that they stay still for a movement phase, and you seem to be really lacking in Anti-Air and Anti-Armour, the gunship can take care of your air problem (and some of your armour problem), when it arrives, and you shouldn't leave it up to a gamble, there also doesn't seem to be much LoW defence, whether it be against Super-Heavies or Primarchs, and all Primarchs will mince everything in this melee-focussed army, I think overall I'd swap out the Fire Raptor for some more reliable high AP weapons, aside from that I can't honestly recommend changing much else since it looks like an okay fluff army.

Where are the Apothecaries going ? Did you drop the terror squads down to 9 ? Also where is Sevartar going as he will have the same problem as the Apothecaries. 

Also if you are deepstriking the termaintors, maybe try and fix in some voxs, so they dont scatter. 4 chainfists maybe a bit much, I tend to only take 2 max in a 10 man squad.
