Enjoy.

Had the parts for this for a number of years, just never got round to building it. New codex=new incentive. Though the new plastic kit makes this a little redundant... Nevertheless I give you my entry.

As you can see, most of the work has been to the front, and I haven't even dusted the rear ! It's Khornate, so nobody will survive long enough to see. happy.png One glyph plate came off with superficial damage, but the other just wouldn't budge without causing a headache, so it got scraped down and hopefully salvaged with paint.

Went for a heavy support/firepower theme, as that's what my WE lack, and yes, the definitive touch:

Fella with an axe.

All done...

This dread is for my M32 Flesh Tearers when some Marines who were seconded to the FT still remember their days in the Legion and Sanguinius himself.  This is a Blood Angel who was not willingly seconded to the Flesh Tearers and he still proudly wears the blood drop of his former Legion...and goes in for the Blood Angels' flair for the baroque instead of the raw brutality of the Flesh Tearers.  The flamer and melta are both magnetized for gaming purposes.  Parts are from a standard venerable dread kit, a Furioso kit, Sanguinary Guard, a junky resin finecast melta, plasticard and some small greenstuffing.

Closeup of the arm from the Furioso librarian, transformed into a blood fist with built-in melta.  A melta bomb was cut down and used to fill in some space and a little length was trimmed from the arm.

Little bit of bling:

Presenting my entry for the Relics of War, allow me to introduce Champion(ret) of Company LXXXIV, XIV Legion, Dusk Raiders - Severen Erris.

My version of a Kheres

http://i.imgur.com/EoXIRQq.png

Kage, reading your reply to Jaspcat then your sig nearly made me do a spit take.

HA! That sig's been there so long I don't even notice it anymore, but yeah, that was a neat combo. :D

Lol!

Kage it's unfair your skill is on par with the big E

But I'll figure something out

It took me forever to figure out what to do for this, and there were a few things more I wanted to do, but I was running out of steam as well as time, since I'm picking up a few extra shifts at work this week, so I figure I better get this guy posted.

Ciciero The Elder, The Broken Prince, XIV Dragoon, VII Grand Battalion, Iron Warriors.

Considering the monster that BCK made, I know I'm toast; but, I should at least win the "pain in the butt" award. Total items destroyed while making this pewter bastard:

Four drill bits

Three x-acto blades

One set of clippers

Three dremel heads

One cordless dremel. furious.gif

Every finger I got, bruised or cut.
