Red Rule Book/Codex

I'm looking for help - although I intend to buy the Red Books in the future, I'd prefer not to do it just yet. I'm busy fine tuning my Heresy List and have a query:

Aside from being easier to refer to/carry around, are there any differences wrt unit entries from the Heresy Books?

In other words, will an army list composed from the Heresy Books vary in any way from the one composed from the red Books?

Are there any points' differences, etc?

Thanks.

As Far as I know, the only differences are that some things are clarified/FAQ'd. For example, the Justaerin are clarified as being applicable for Pride of the Legion.

As Kol says - Red rule books have the latest updates. See:

Yes, there are points changes in LACAL/HH Legions over what is in Books 1/2/3.  Master of Signal goes up in price, Justaerin go down, Tac Support Squads get special weapons on the sergeant and access to Volkite Charges, sponson price adjustments on Predators, and more.
