New Wolf

@Nadir... My yellow on the pistol is pretty simple.  I start with a base layer of Averland sunset and wash with Seraphim Sepia.  After the wash dry's i do some touch ups with Averland sunset again and then edge highlight with Yriel Yellow.  Pretty basic but i think it  looks good.

Just a slight point of pedantry. The left shoulder pads 'shouldn't' be yellow for Engir's company. The current (for the moment) dex has Engir's badge as a whilte Sea Wolf on a grey/blue (armour colour) background. The yellow pad on the left is a specific trait of Ragnar's iconography, which then has a black company badge (blackmaned wolf) over the yellow.

On the other hand, my guys are Stormwolf's company, and they have bronze/brass shoulder pad trim, rather than the blue/grey the dex shows. So I'm not one to judge tongue.png .

Cool, Engir seems to be an underrepresented lord from what I've seen. Are you planning to do anything particular with the theme of the great company when it comes to the composition of your force or your strategies or anything like that?

Also, I like the yellow pads, even if they're not 100% codex-fluff-compliant. It isn't like space wolves are renowned for doing things "by the book" anyway...

Thank a lot guys... I use a combination of airbrush and brush.  I airbrush all of the armor and base colors.  I then usually do all of my washes and do some touch ups.  Ive recently started mixing my washes with mediums and have noticed a significant increase in control.  I do use my airbrush for power weapons as well.  Much easier for me to get a better blending of colors.
