BFG, imperial fleet

Hello,

 

It's a long time ago I posted something here.

So I have a new project, Battlefleet gothic Imperial fleet.

What I have is

 

- battleship

- 11 cruisers.

- 4 light cruisers.

- 3 escorts.

- 12 destroyers.

- 1 objectief

 

I am one of the slowest painters, and this thread is my way of staying motivated.

All ships except the light cruisers and 4 destroyers are painted, just the basics nothing fancy.

So I have to the first of September to make one huge effort to paint them all.

below is the battleship, Emperors class?

 

It is a Work In progress ship. the front part of the ship is done. the back part not so much. 

I hope the pictures are good enough.

 

 C&C is welcome on the front part, if there are tips and tricks I would love to read them.

 

The rest of the fleet will follow ASAP.

So, to keep my self motivated i will update once in a while.

The fleet thus far, it is still in the WIP fase.

Most are in the main colours, but lack details.

 

Four of my cruisers are still in de box, with two light cruisers and four destoyers, these will painted differend.

more blue instead of green, but the same grey as base.

 

The objectief, destroyed cruisers.

 

to do list, painting.

 

Cobra class destroyers.

 

escorts, class or name unkown.

 

and last, a portion of the cruisers.

 

The fleet needs work and i am not the best painter of the world.

that said, if there are tips and tricks please share them wih me.

That's quite a sizeable fleet you've got there brother. Kudos on the collection. :tu:

 

 

Those unknown escorts look very much like they are Falchion Class escorts, judging by the thin waist section.

Correct! Those are Falchion class escorts.
