Remtek Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 Painted up some Sanguinary Guard, but having issues finding a place for them in my lists. There is so much AP1/2 not having an invul save and no Eternal Warrior on Dante makes for a pretty fragile 450 point unit. Been considering trying a White Scar Chapter Master on bike with artificer, shield eternal (eternal warrior and 3++) and a thunderhammer (250point), point cost is pretty steep, but with 4wounds 2+ 3++ the CM should be able to tank pretty well, all ap3+ would can also be look out sir'ed when needed. Sinking 450-500 points to a unit is alot, but with hit'n'run and 12 movement they should be able to do quite a bit in 5 turns. Any thoughts on this?
