Sure is The biggest aid in getting a great brush finish is thinned paint, with multiple smooth coats. There's several ways to thin your paint, you can mix it with water straight on your palette, you can add water to your pot, but the best and most simple way is to use a Wet Palette. You can buy them, or use YouTube to see how to create your own, they're fairly simple.
