You can create your own gallery here on the B&C, it's quite easy. In the top left is your name, click it to get a little drop down with options. In the bottom right is "My Gallery", click on that and you can create and populate a gallery quickly and easily. Let me know if you need any more help :)

Some better lighting would help. Generally it's best to set them against a dark background with the light in front where the camera's shooting from. This helps the lighting seem fairly even, as the screen glow and other things are pulling the focus of your phone camera away. (It's best not to get your hand in shot for this reason, I know my phone's designed to focus on the brightest part of the picture.)

That's a nice blue you have there, what bases will you go for? I think a good rubble or snow one would match the colour scheme well :)

Generally I find you don't need a good camera unless you're doing really detailed work (which most of us aren't!) - you need good lighting. That can be difficult to find depending on where you live :P Try adding some light, a lamp can be good for controlling it and try to take a couple of shots for each one just in case one turns out blurry. You might be able to control the focus by tapping on the screen too, depending on your phone make.

Looking good.

As a rule of thumb for taking photo is use a neutral background (I use a piece of A3 white card from staples). For lighting I use 2 cheap desk lamps, one at 45° to the right and the other at 45° to the left and a lamp directly over the model. This helps to get rid of shadows. It is important to set the light setting on your camera to take into allowance the ambient light and this will give a better colour. My camera can be adjusted for outdoor/light bulbs or florescent tubes.

Once you have the photo use a photo editor (I use microsoft office picture manager but you can download free ones like picasa) to cut the photo down to just the model and to adjust the size.

As you get better you can get fancy backgrounds to bring out the best of your model or have a play with Photoshop to add effects ;)

For troops on 25mm bases it does not take long. I have used this to do my DA 4th company (100 marines) along with 50 terminators and 30 ravenwing. Also loads of firewarriors and kroot.

Not to mention various flying bases ;)
