My LGC has got into FW's Horus Heresy big time and ive been inspired to start a legion army too so i can get involved. Now after much indecision and changing my mind i resorted to the HH novels for inspiration on which legion to represent, and after reading fallen angel my mind was made up. Ive always has a soft spot for DA all the secrecy and being based on knightly orders + they were my first army i played with about 20 years ago I know FW haven't released any DA stuff as yet but i plan to do this army in 500pts so hopefully the more legion specific stuff will be out soon as the army progresses Heres my first 500pts list HQ Legion Centurion, Chaplain, Artificer Armour, Refractor Field, Plasma Pistol = 120pts HQ Total = 120pts Elites Legion Apothecary, Artificer Armour, Augury Scanner = 60pts Elites Total = 60pts Troops 20 Man Tactical Squad, Additional Weapon, Sgt Artificer Armour, Sgt Powerfist, Meltabombs = 318pts Troops Total = 318pts Main Total = 498pts Now im waiting on a delivery from FW but heres my WIP so far http://s2.postimg.org/jbwsrizmt/photo_1_2.jpg http://s15.postimg.org/5726934lj/photo_2_2.jpg And decided to use my dark vengeance guy lying around to convert for my Praetor for future lists http://s15.postimg.org/g0iv930nb/photo_3_2.jpg http://s21.postimg.org/yc69b3wkj/photo_4_1.jpg Tried to make it look like the artwork from fallen angels http://s9.postimg.org/c8asrxwmj/wallpaper_fallen_angels.jpg C&C is always welcome and will post regular updates as i go along cheers Dai Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The Chaplain looks like he'll fit right in to your I Legion, and the green detail really works. I assume a big mob of Tactical marines are next? I'm interested to see how you do your bolter scrubs as everyone does them a little different. I tend to mix mine with both aged gold and iron colors, but I know others do only of those mainly.
