Purifying Tempest
Forgive the lack of knowledge, i'm still new to the game. FNP is just an extra 5+ save ontop of your other save right? (including invuln) If you pass a FNP save, does it negate all wounds? FnP is an extra save against an unsaved wound. It cannot be used attacks from weapons with the Instant Death special rule (such as force) or double toughness attacks. Made a death company player nearly burst into tears in 6th ed when he charged my purifier close combat squad. He was counting on hammerhand, I cast force. Death company evaporated. I think after that exchange, he respected force weapons a lot more than just for ap3.
