Idea for command squads

I have always loved the idea of command squads however their small size makes them look less useful than I would like.

 

As such I thought of the following

 

Your main detachment may take 1 command squad for your warlord, the maximum size is

 

5 for a centurion

10 for a praetor

20 for a primarch

 

for every 5 members 1 chosen may take a consul upgrade for the points listed in the consul section.

 

If taken as a command squad for a primarch all the members may choose to upgrade to jump pack/jet bike or terminator armour.
