Being new to 7th I should read the psychic powers part more carefully. So far I have not run any psykers. And, pay closer attention to my opponent cheating. If not, then he was 100% being a douche, especially to open the psychic power pages up in front of you, and roll as if the power was there. That's just unsporting. I don't recall anyone specifically having this power. Be'Lakor has all Telepathy powers but when 6e turned into 7e that meant he lost Puppet Master same as everyone else. After thumbing through my rulebook unsuccesfuly, he tried to say he made a mistake and used his 6th edition book during our game. Called him on that, as I looked up a rule in his during our game. As a result of his cheating he has been kicked out of our 40k league by the group. Mistakes we understand, out right cheating we will not tolerate.
