Which colour compliments dark metal

I had an idea for a scheme which includes the basecoat of the marine a dark beaten metal, i just cant think of any other colour's besides black which could compliment it

 

an ideas or examples guys

Both Red and White would work well. How much were you intending on using the second colour? Knees and Shoulder Inserts? More/Less? More colours could word depending on usage and position.

Im not quite to sure yet, im using mk3 and mk4 bitz so i dont them confused with iron warriors, im looking at doing a beaten brazz for any of the chest eagles and whatnot, im thinking maybe the shoulder pads plus an odd kneepad and what not, plus gun casings

echo what Grotsmasha said. Also, will you be shading the metal with a colour? for example, if you shaded the metal lightly with a dark blue wash, then I would use a red to compliment. If you used a brown to shade ( which is basically dark red) then I would use green to compliment. 

Google 'colour wheel', there are hundreds of free images. if you look at blue, opposite it is red\orange. this is called a complimentary colour. same vice\versa. 

You could take a piece of primed plastic, a spare bit of sprue or even some paper, and do some testers. Ultimately do what you thinks good.
