Deep Strike Question

Hello Everyone,

 

I am building a new Grey Knights Army using the new Codex and came across something interesting.  Only two units have the Deep Strike Special Rule, the basic Strike Squad and the Nemesis Dreadknight.  Am I missing something as there is a specific Warlord Trait that applies to a unit the Warlord is attached to that is going to Deep Strike and yet none of the HQ options have the Deep Strike Special Rule, and per the normal rulebook an Independent Character could not attach to a Deep Strike Squad  and Deep Strike unless the IC can also Deep Strike, this appears to be a pretty big oversight.

 

I was under the impression that the majority of the Grey Knights units could Deep Strike but it does not appear to be so when reading the Codex, was this something that was true before or a rule I am missing somewhere?  I haven't played 40k in a few years and am getting back into it and was planning on building a Deep Strike based Army List for some fun but right not it is looking like I might have to build for a more standard type army.

Any model in TDA can Deep Strike, as well as Jump Infantry.

Any unit in terminator armor can also deep strike, as it's a special rule for terminator armor.
