Simple fact is, writers should have included an explanation in the core rules of what to do for the situation. definitely shouldn’t have been on the item, because that causes duplication. much like many games tell you how to handle rounding. I just think it makes a lot of sense as to how it works, and it for sure isn't some exception to the rules as it was claimed to be. It's quite literally following the rules.
