Tiberius Cato
I plan on running a Deathwatch game within the next month or so, it'll be my first real attempt at serious GMing and I was wondering what all you other GMs use to represent the story on the tabletop. We'll be using minis, but i'm not sure what else to include to display the environment my players will be playing in. I looked around on google for a bit and found that there exist mats that can be drawn on and such, but surely there is more one can use? My players are all for narrative description to an extant, the last game we played we decided as a group that we like things mapped out so we can see where everything is. Would buying various terrain pieces in addition to a mat be a good idea? or are there other avenues of present thing environment to the players that would be more preferable. Cpt_Reaper
Terrain is a great help, especially when you have a pre-drawn map to reference. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/297348-rpg-visual-helpers/#findComment-3820592 Share on other sites
