Thunderhawk friend challenge, Thunderhawk size allied force

I've been planning on taking some night lord allies for my emperors children. I don't care what the allies chart is. We must have been on good terms at some point for night haunter to talk to Fulgrim about his visions.

My idea is a small Demi claw that work along side the perfect legion, but would still be independent, thus need their own ride.

This the Thunderhawk friends challenge was born in my head. What cool allied detachment can you make that will kind of fit inside a Thunderhawk. I say kind of since a capacity of 30 is a bit tight so some leeway is needed

For example my Thunderhawk friends

Night lords

Centurion-vigilator

Bolter with special ammo, Plasma pistol, chain glaive, artificer armour, refractor field, jump pack

12 assault marines

2 plasma pistols, sergeant with artificer armour and dual lightning claws

7 night raptors

All with chain glaives, sergeant with chain glaive and artificer armour

775pts and twenty bodies.

As you can see they shouldn't really fit into a Thunderhawk, as they would count as 40 model (they would fit inside an epic Thunderhawk, they could carry 4 stands of infantry). However they could stack their jump packs and only equip them when they need to.

So what small thunderhawkish size force could you make?

Remember in the ultramarine movie they managed to cram a landspeeder into their Thunderhawk (attack bikes take 5 spaces so a land speeder would be about 8 to 10ish)

Ps sorry if this is in the wrong place mods

I had this same thought the other day!  I came up with the "Dirty Thirty."  A super fluffy Alpha Legion 'Reaper Angelus' styled strike force.  Basically a bunch of bad ass spec op marines with a kill mission.

10- Mor Deythan (using Rewards of Treason Rite) {could swap for a vet tac squad if not using rite}

5- Destroyers

5- Seekers

5- Headhunters

1- Armilus Dynat (attached to Mor Deythan)

1- Moritat (attached to Destroyers)

1- Exodus (attached to Headhunters)

1- Apothecary (attached to Headhunters) {or vet tacs}

1- Techmarine (stays on board for repairs)

So this stike force is stupid expensive points wise, and also requires at least 3 Tacticals to be legal.  But if I was going all out on them, I'd add Alpharius to the force and have him hiding among one of the units.  would be a really fluffy and awesome attack force.  I'd go for broke with all the toys too. Venom Spheres, Power daggers, Rad Grenades, Phospex bombs, Combi-Plasmas/Meltas.  Really make them a force that would accompany the primarch himself.

Not a legal army with Alparius and a Thunderhawk though.  If your gaming group allows multi AoD detachments, then you'd need 5 tacticals to run the Rite and double detachments.  Ends up being around 3500 points for 5 tacticals and a Thunderhawk full of ridiculousness!  Not competitive at all, but certainly fluffy and fun!

Edit:  Also forgot if your going double detachments, you will need another HQ, as Exodus and the Moritat are non compulsory.  My force has a Vigilator added in, and drop Mor Deythan to 9 marines.  Thought about Master of Signal, but no where to buff BS, all marines but destroyers are already BS 5.  Plus Armilus and Alpharius have Cognis-Signums already. Could Also promote the Tecmarine to a Forgelord.  Then attach him to a unit.

The only Legion that currently lets you take a Thunderhawk and Primarch in one FoC would be the Imperial Fists since Dorn can has his personal Thunderhawk called Aetos Dios.

To that end I'd propose something like this:

•Dorn

•Sigismund

•Primus Medicae

•15 Templar

•5 Terminators with Vigil Pattern Storm Shield and assorted CC weapons; think Templars in Terminator armor.

A very CC focused force, but hey, Dorns Aetos Dios has a Void shield and they provide pretty good air support so hey!

For unit count purposes I went with Dorn and the Terminators as taking 2 Slots each.

If we were to ignore that restriction, except for Primarchs, It would be :

•Dorn

•Sigismund

•Primus Medicae

•Vigilator

•10 Templar

•10 Terminators (as above)

•5 Seekers

AA Praetor with Pride of the Legion

Command Squad with 4 marines

Contemptor with Kheres or Plasmacannon and DCCW

5 Terminators

5 Veteran Marines

Obviously won't meet the 3800 minimum requirement for fielding the Thunderhawk LoW, but I think there is an opportunity for a very cool Blood in the Void-styled force here.  The Vet marines can get some boarding hatchets and a meltagun.  Command Squad can get combat shields for forming a shield wall around the commander.  Some cataphractii terminators to be the real punch in the force, all anchored by a Contemptor.
