Corvus_Danseur Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 Basic fluff is that Sanguinary Priests have come about as apothecaries had to take on more of a spiritual role due to the focus of the Chaplaincy on dealing with the Death Company :). Blood Angels codex does indeed deal with it more- although 4chanD6 (or whatever its called) and 40kwikipedia also cover it pretty well (yes...
