What I discovered painting this one, is that it is best for me to apply battle damage with a sponge right after painting the armour, because other details won't get affected that way. Actually it's the first mini where I am quite satisfied with how it's done. It seems I started work on my already assembled Stormwolf, lets see how that goes... But you better not look into them TOO much, I'm pretty sure wolves don't like it For the red - first I learned this tutorial for yellow - http://fantasygames.com.pl/blog/painting-yellow-pads/ Then I just used the same technique with the red, and thats it. I use the regular GW paints - khorne red, carrobourg crimson, evil suns scarlet, wild rider red and bloodletter. Legs - its from the regular previous set of legs for the tactical squad (I think), they came in both the devastator squad and the reclusiam command squad, for example.
